Danny Morales set to fight in the main event at Babes & Brawls VIII

The main event for Babes and Brawls 8 will pit two welterweight competitors who live over 200 miles from one another. The first being ATT Indianapolis' Dennis Taylor (1-0), versus Carlson Gracie's Danny “The Machine”Morales (7-2). Taylor's last fight was in 2009, he registered a TKO due to strikes in the first round. Morales is also coming off a win. Danny's last fight was at the Sports Dome in Oswego, Illinois in April. Danny's fight went all three rounds and ended with a unanimous decision in his favor. During that fight Morales cracked a rib in the first round and still had enough strength to win the next two rounds.

Babes & Brawls 8 Results

August 13 was certainly a night to remember—with a packed house and stacked card, the crowd at Babes & Brawls 8 definitely enjoyed a night filled with entertainment.

Starting off the night was Muay Thai sensation and Carlson Gracie fighter Mike Reid versus ATT Indianapolis’ Jerricho Helming. In the only Muay Thai match of the night, Reid was impressive, landing numerous blows to his opponent including a spinning back fist that caught Helming square in the jaw. In the end Reid landed a devastating knee, to Helming’s torso, which sent him to the canvas.

Supremacy 4 Preview

Cut Throat MMA will be moving its series of Supremacy fights from the Hammond Civic Center to just south of there—Cedar Lake, IN. The Supremacy 4 card is holding just as much promise as the three previous events, with a card that will feature both professional and amateur bouts.
